Interpersonal skills training and understanding the value of communication in business are at the centre of our Drum Talk Drum Circle team-building sessions.
The Drum Talk Drum Circle session explores the correlation between making music and good team communication by improvising with drums in a way that creates a strong sense of group dialogue.
We have been developing our Unbeatable Drum Talk approach for 10 years, assisted by management development consultants and our clients’ feedback.
We create an environment which facilitates individual creativity and rapid learning to enable delegates to really be able to listen to those around them and work together; skills essential in today’s business environment. Our approach bypasses the fear of getting it ‘right or wrong’ by taking delegates out of their normal roles and putting everyone on a level playing field. Delegates then start to connect with others around them by really hearing what is being expressed and played by everybody and how they are contributing to it. Great music is about great listening. The sound of everybody listening to each other and everybody being heard is amazing!
